I’m Regina, the coach behind Rooted Radiant Coaching.
I support people in navigating change across many areas of life — health, habits, stress, transitions, and life direction — by helping them reconnect with what grounds them, clarifies their priorities, and supports meaningful, sustainable change.
My work is rooted in whole-person health and well-being coaching. I’m a certified Health & Wellness Coach with training in nutrition, fitness, and holistic health, integrating holistic health, and I integrate evidence-informed wellness principles with compassionate, client-centered coaching. I’m currently completing advanced training in functional and integrative health coaching and accruing the required coaching hours to sit for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC).
Rather than focusing on a single issue or prescribing a fixed path, I support clients in exploring patterns, strengths, and priorities across their lives as a whole — including areas such as lifestyle habits, stress resilience, leadership growth, and life transitions. I believe sustainable well-being grows from awareness, not urgency, and from building trust with yourself over time.

Foundational Health Integration is designed for individuals who are working with - or have guidance from - a medical, functional, or integrative health provider and want coaching support to implement lifestyle recommendations in a way that feels doable and sustainable.
This program focuses on behavior change, routines, stress support, and follow-through. It does not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or interpretation of lab work.
Areas we may explore include:
• Turning recommendations into realistic daily routines
• Prioritizing what to focus on first
• Stress management to improve consistency
• Planning, preparation, and habit sequencing
• Motivation, mindset, and self-trust
What’s included:
• 8 individual coaching sessions (45–50 minutes) over approximately 12 weeks
• Values- and strengths-based alignment with your care plan
• Optional tracking and reflection tools

Restored is a small-group coaching program focused on rebuilding stress resilience and restoring balance. It combines coaching, reflection, and practical tools — designed to feel supportive, not performative.
